This session will include light breakfast items and coffee!
ABOUT THE EVENT: The session Leading From Within, Together, and Beyond will include practical leadership tools focused on mindset, emotional intelligence, communication, accountability, and goal setting. Participants will learn how to build self-awareness, collaborate with empathy, lead by example, communicate clearly and listen actively, and set purposeful goals that create focus and momentum for their teams and community.
REPAYMENT REQUIRED & 48-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
Prepayment is required to confirm registration by Wednesday, March 25th. Cancellations must be received at least forty eight hours prior to the event. Refunds are not available for cancellations made within forty eight hours, as final arrangements and costs are confirmed at that time. Registrants may substitute another attendee in place of a cancellation. Substitute names must be submitted to the Leadership McKean Executive Director ([email protected]).
