​The Rising Leaders of McKean County - (RISE) is a group of Young Professionals who live or work in McKean County. Together, we strive to Revive, Inspire, Succeed, and Empower young career-minded individuals who have a clear vision of McKean County’s future as a great place to live, work, and play. Our mission is to promote and enhance the vitality of the area by creating a strong community culture for young professionals.
 
RISE serves as an initative and comittee under Leadership McKean. Everyone has their own story to tell and The Rising Leaders of McKean County’s is just beginning. From our annual golf scramble each year, to professional development opportunities from experienced speakers, to just hanging out and having fun, R.I.S.E. is determined to level a footprint on the already proud history of McKean County. We invite you to help us continue to add chapters to our story!  Every single person matters, and no amount of involvement is too big or too small!
