Participating in Leadership McKean afforded me the opportunity to meet many members of our community that I may not have had the privilege and honor to do so otherwise. Upon conclusion of the program, I felt personally challenged and deeply inspired to ask of myself, “Now that you have been provided this knowledge and awareness, what do I plan to accomplish, to achieve the greatest impact, in applying what I have learned?”
